SUNDAY OLISEH, THE SUPER EAGLES COACH GOES ''INSANE''

Remarkable coaches of football are distinguished on the bases of their successes. However, remarkable heights in coaching career have been proven to be beyond just the technical know-how of a coach. The footstool to greatness in coaching as well as any other career is self-discipline, management and leadership. 

Sadly, Sunday Oliseh has shone lack of these qualities as the coach of the Super Eagles. To begin with,  the  issue that led to the resignation of Emenike from the Super Eagles, the issues with Vincent Enyeama, his imperceptible issue with Mikel Obi and his palpable comportment around the team and players are pointers to lack of self-disciple, management and leadership. 

Sunday Oliseh needs to be reminded that to succeed as a coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, he needs to be able to manage his dressing room as well as the Nigerian public opinion. To label Nigerian critics as INSANE is a point below the bet. To many Super Eagles supporters, he has displayed pride, arrogance, lack of leadership and self-control. Some people now feel that SUNDAY OLISEH HAS GONE INSANE. And NFF need to take a serious look into his comportment particularly now that the technical committee members of the NFF have now resigned because of Oliseh's insolence.
