HEADIES AWARDS SETS OLAMIDE ON COLLUSION COURSE WITH DON JAZZY OVER AN AWARD.

It was a dramatic scene on the 1st of January 2016 in Lagos as Headies Awards unveiled the beast in  Nigeria's music icon Olamide who visibly expressed anger, destroyed things and rained insults on everyone following the announcement of super star Don Jazzy's artiste as the NEXT RATED award winner.

In Olamide Adedeji's expression while on the mountain of his anger, he argued that Lil Kesh, his protege is most deserving of the award and not Don Jazzy's Marvins' Reekado Banks. He insinuated that there must have been foul play.

In a subtle response, imperceptibly angry Don Jazzy ironically asked Olamide to come to him and collect the prize if he (Olamide) needs it.

Even though Olamide has since gone on social media to apologize to his fans for his actions; it is essential for entertainment stars to always be good role models. The action of Olamide fell short of that expectation.

Meanwhile, Olamide has taken the battle with Don Jazzy to twitter.

Nothing is wrong with one expressing his or her disagreement on awards but using the F* word on air doesn't speak good of any responsible man.As for Don ma nigga you really didnt av to respond to Ola, u are bigger than such rant bro.The award was given by headies and not Mavin records so what's the point allowing urself to be talked about on social media.

I honestly love both artists and I understand the fact that olamide didn't mention names but he was aiming at reekado and the comittee, he ended up swearing, dropping the microphone is so disrespectful and I can't believe adekunle gold didnt get his time to shine on that stage (really??).lil kesh be singing about ass and boobs are those bangers??....donjazzy didn't say anything rude tho his also standing up for his artist although he mentioned name which made it direct and childish.
