ALLEGED BOKO HARAM FOUNDER AND PDP NATIONAL CHAIRMAN, ALI MODU SHERIFF THREATENS FEMI FANI KAYODE

In what appears to be a looming showdown within the ranks of the Peoples Democratic Party of Nigeria (PDP), its national chairman Mr. Ali Modu Sheriff who was recently alleged to be  the founder of  Boko Haram has threatened to deal decisively with Femi Fani Kayode stating that he will not go scot free.

It should be recalled that the recent rise of Ali Modu Sheriff as the party's chairman has elicited much negative reaction from party members, Nigerians and the international media. In a recent interview aired by Channels television, Femi Fani Kayode alleged publicly that the now embattled national chairman, Mr. Ali Modu Sheriff is the founder of Boko Haram and as
such cannot represent the PDP as its chairman. Shortly after, the CNN in a news telecast ridiculed Nigeria and the PDP by labeling  the emergence of Ali Modu Sheriff, the founder of the dreaded Boko Haram  as PDP chairman.

Meanwhile, Fani Kayode has expressed his readiness for a showdown with the national chairman, Mr.  Ali Modu Sheriff  whose emergence as PDP chairman in his view is unacceptable because Ali Sheriff is divisive and has come to divide Nigeria and the PDP.

While the last of this evolving situation is yet to be seen, it is nauseating to live with the idea that a major political party in Nigeria is being chaired by a man alleged to be the founder of one of the deadliest terrorists groups in the world. Correctly or incorrectly, it is essential for the Nigerian security apparatus to start acting to substantiate this allegation or debunk it.

SUNDAY OLISEH RESIGNS AS SUPER EAGLES OF NIGERIA CHIEF COACH. NFF CONFIRMS

The Super Eagles of Nigeria chief coach, Mr. Sunday Oliseh has taken to twitter to announced his resignation due to contract violation, lack of support and unpaid wages by the Nigeria Football Federation.

It would be recalled that the embattled coach started having problems with the team the moment he took up the job. With unimpressive players management prowess, Emmanuel Emenike resigned from the Eagles squad shortly before Oliseh had an altercation with skipper Vincent Enyaema who eventual resigned from the squad.

More than that, the dismal and unimpressive outing at African Nations Championship in Rwanda
recently was devastating for Nigerians and that hipped criticism on Oliseh who was eventually misguided to take to Youtube to label his critiques as 'INSANE'. That itself prompted a counter national reaction that led the NFF into taking certain punitive measures that included the dismissal of Tijjiani Babanbagida,  his personal assistant. He did complain about that and the lack of support by the NFF to enable him do his job properly particularly when a make or mar clash with the Pharaohs of Egypt is knocking on the door.

Meanwhile, the General Secretary of the NFF, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi has since confirmed the resignation of the Super Eagles Coach.

Some have taken to social media to say it is good riddance to bad rubbish. What do you think?

OLISEH'S TWITS

  2. I feel fortunate, blessed and eternally grateful for having had the honour to Play,Captain & Coach this great Nation of ours,Nigeria.

CNN NAMES ALI MODU SHERIFF AS BOKO HARAM FOUNDER.

CNN in a recent telecast described the PDP Acting National Chairman, Mr. Ali Modu Sheriff as the founder of Boko Haram. This is an allegation that Mr. Ali has himself denied. However, it calls for some worry for such a personality alleged to be involved with the globally dreaded terrorist group as Boko Haram to be appointed to the apex position of a major political party in Nigeria. This is a move that all Nigerians have a moral responsibility to reject because it is misrepresentational of the country and the entire political institution of state.

ARE NIGERIAN SOLDIERS REALLY KILLING BIAFRAN PROTESTERS?

The event that appears to be taking place around the IPOB agitation in recent time as reported widely by Nigerian and global news media as well as the social network media is alarming as the Nigerian army are alleged to be carrying out genocidal attack on the unarmed IPOB agitators.

If this is true, the Nigerian state should rise against such inhumanity and hold these teleguided soldiers responsible for such evil act. Meanwhile, President Buhari should be held accountable for such a menace that is capable of throwing the Nigerian state into an imminent civil war.

If history is to remind Nigerians of anything, this report is an attempt to replay Nigeria through certain remote issues that led to the 1967 civil war.

For Nigerians, the right to self-determination is not a death sentence. It should give room for proper negotiation as it did happen in UK and as it is currently happening in Spain and some other parts of the world.

In this picture of the 20th of February 2016, the soldiers are reported to be abducting Ibo youths and taking them to the bush for execution.

This is a clarion call on the Nigerian political community, the human right watch and the entire global human right apparatus to investigate and call the Nigerian state to order.

Nigeria require a political solution to the Biafran crises and not genocide.

ANITA FINALLY DIVORCES CHRIS OYAKHILOMEN

The statement released by Attwaters Jameson Hill Solicitors, the lawyers of Anita Odegwa Oyakhilome confirms the final dissolution of the marriage union between Anita and Chris Oyakhilome as the statement reads thus:

We have been requested by Anita Oyakhilome to confirm that on the 8th February 2016 a decree absolute was pronounced in the High Court of Justice Principal Registry of the Family Division dissolving her marriage to Christian Onehirokpeana Oyakhilome. Anita Oyakhilome would like to confirm that she is no longer involved in or part of Christ Embassy AKA Believers loveworld inc.

It would be recalled that Anita, ex-wife of Pastor Chris did file for divorce on grounds of unreasonable behaviour and adultery on April 9, 2014. In Suit No FD14D01650 filed at Divorce Section A, Central Family Court, First Avenue House, High Holborn, London, UK, Anita had said, through her lawyers, Attwaters Jameson Hill Solicitors, that the marriage should be dissolved on the basis of inappropriate relationships with members of staff among others. These are charges that the charismatic Pastor Chris has since denied and termed crazy and ridiculous.

They used to be shining example of what marriage should be like. They were a standard millions of followers look up to and they served as role models to many. Sadly, all that glitters is not gold.
